Email support
Write from the email you use to sign in. Include your workspace name, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys, or full payment details.
Sign-in and workspace access
- Use the Google account that was invited to your Boxoo workspace.
- If an invitation opens the wrong Google account, sign out of that account and reopen the invitation.
- Workspace owners and managers can review member access from workspace settings.
- If you believe someone accessed your workspace without permission, contact us immediately with the subject “Security issue”.
Google Ads connection help
- Sign in to Boxoo and open your workspace’s Connections page.
- Choose Google Ads and complete Google authorization.
- Select the correct Google Ads customer account when prompted.
- Confirm that your Google user has permission to the selected customer account.
If a connection has expired or been revoked, reconnect it from the same page. You can disconnect Boxoo at any time and can also revoke access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings.
Agents, reports, and actions
Include the agent or report name, approximate run time, and affected date range when reporting a problem. If a scheduled run did not complete, do not repeatedly approve the same advertising action while the run status is unclear. AI findings should be reviewed against their evidence before you apply changes.
Privacy and deletion requests
Workspace owners can export or permanently delete a workspace from the Data and offboarding section of workspace settings. The export excludes connection secrets and security tokens.
