Choose what you want to remove

You can request one or more of the following:

• Disconnect an integration: stop Boxoo from retrieving new data from Google Ads or another connected service.
• Delete your user account: remove your Boxoo profile and access to workspaces, subject to records we must retain.
• Delete a workspace: remove workspace configuration, connections, saved agents, reports, conversations, actions, run history, and connected business data. Only a workspace owner or an authorized representative may request this.
• Delete specific data: identify the connected account, report, conversation, or other information you want removed.

Request deletion from Boxoo

A workspace owner can export workspace data or permanently delete the workspace from Workspace settings → Data and offboarding. The confirmation screen requires the exact workspace name. Workspace deletion cancels its active Boxoo subscription, revokes workspace sessions, and removes the workspace’s stored application and analytics data.

For an individual-account request, specific-data request, or help when you cannot sign in:

1. Email support@boxoo.io from the Google email address you use to sign in.
2. Use the subject “Boxoo data deletion request”.
3. Include your workspace name and say whether you want to delete your own account, the entire workspace, a connection, or specific data.
4. If you are requesting workspace deletion, confirm that you are the workspace owner or explain your authority to act for the organization.

We will verify identity and authority before processing the request. We may ask for clarification so that we do not delete another user’s or organization’s data by mistake. We will confirm when the request has been processed or explain any information we must retain and why.

Disconnect and revoke Google access

To stop new access immediately:

1. Open your Boxoo workspace and go to the Connections page.
2. Disconnect the Google Ads connection.
3. Open your Google Account’s third-party connections page.
4. Select Boxoo and remove its access.

Revoking Google authorization stops Boxoo from using that authorization to retrieve new Google data. It does not by itself delete information already stored in Boxoo; send the deletion request above if you also want stored data removed.

What happens after a deletion request

After verification, we remove or de-identify the requested information from active systems, disable relevant access credentials, and stop scheduled runs tied to deleted connections or workspaces. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups and security logs until they rotate under our normal retention cycle.

We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or legal compliance. We do not use retained information for new product activity. Some information shared within an organization-managed workspace may remain under that organization’s control when you request deletion of only your individual user account.
